WhatsApp Groups.

In WhatsApp groups, oh what a sight,

Where Gems shine dim and Nobles lose their light.

Officials devoid of anything official,

Egos clash, oh it’s quite artificial.

Unwanted forwards, controversial and bold,

Leave members at odds, as stories unfold.

“My way or the highway,” the mantra they chant,

Turning friends into foes, in an egoic slant.

Political debates, perspectives in strife,

Religious overtones fueling the strife.

Memory clutter, oh what a bore,

Deleting the load, day in, day out, for sure.

Oh, for a world without WhatsApp’s fuss,

Where life’s simpler, without the constant buzz.

But alas, here we are, in this digital fray,

Navigating WhatsApp, day by day.

Guchi.
