Spider, Cobweb and Human…

In the field of green, a cobweb gleams,

A silent weaver’s work, like whispered dreams.

A tapestry of silken strands, so fine,

A delicate and wondrous, nature’s design.

The spider waits, with patience keen,

To trap its prey, a silent scene.

But in this web, there’s more than meets the eye,

A mirror of life’s cycles passing by.

Likewise, we the human have cobwebs that we weave,

Complex, intricate, our intentions to deceive.

We trap for gain, manipulate and scheme,

But find it leaves our souls unclean.

Why can’t we weave cobwebs of love and care,

Of empathy, kindness, a bond to share?

In these connections, our spirits bloom,

A world of compassion, where hearts can consume.

In this intricate net, we find our place,

Bound by threads of love, where hearts embrace.

With each connection, we mend and grow,

In the cobweb of life, a beautiful flow.

Guchi.
