Let me at the outset state that I am no authority on the above subject. I am an ordinary person almost nearing 72 years of age and spent more than half of my age in Uniform (Military service). So with the personal experienced gained over a long time I have certain suggestions on the subject of problem solving, which are enumerated below.
Training your subconscious mind to solve complicated problems requires a combination of different techniques and approaches. Here are some steps that you can take to train your subconscious mind to help you find solutions to vexed problems:
1. Do not panic. Howsoever complex, intricate or vexed problem may be just don’t panic. Relax, every problem in this world has a solution and your subconscious mind has the capacity to solve it.
2. Analyse the problem clearly. The next step is to analyse and define the problem clearly and specifically. This will help you focus your mind on finding a solution.
3. Seek information. Gather as much information as possible about the problem. This includes researching the topic, talking to experts, and exploring different viewpoints.
4. Take breaks. When you are stuck, take a break and do something relaxing. This allows your subconscious mind to continue working on the problem in the background.
5. Use visualisation. Visualise the problem and potential solutions in your mind. This helps your subconscious mind to work on the problem from different angles.
6. Affirmations. Use positive affirmations to train your subconscious mind to focus on finding a solution. Repeat statements such as “I am capable of finding a solution” or “I trust my subconscious mind to guide me to a solution”.
7. Sleep on it. Before going to sleep, review the problem and visualize potential solutions. Your subconscious mind will continue to work on the problem while you are asleep. May be you would see some dream which has clue to the solution of the problem.
8. Trust your intuition: Sometimes the solution to a problem comes from your intuition. Trust your instincts and pay attention to any insights or ideas that come to mind.
It’s important to remember that training your subconscious mind to solve vexed problems takes time and patience, but with practice, you can improve your problem-solving abilities and find solutions to even the most challenging problems.
