I am That! “Om Soham”

“ॐ सोऽहम”। यह अर्थ है “मैं वह हूँ”। इसका अर्थ है कि हम ब्रह्मांड या परम वास्तविकता से अपने आप को पहचानते हैं। जब हम इस पर ध्यान करते हैं, तब हमें यह अनुभव होता है कि हम सब एक हैं, हम सब एक अनंत स्रोत से आए हैं और उस अनंत स्रोत का एक भाग हमारे सभी में मौजूद है। हम सभी एक से जुड़े हुए हैं। “तुम मैं ही हो”। ॐ ब्रह्मांड की ध्वनि है। ओम सोहम ~ मैं ब्रह्मांड हूँ, मैं उसका एक भाग हूँ, मैं उस अनंत से जुड़ा हुआ हूँ। इससे यह भी सूचित होता है कि हम ब्रह्मांड के समान शक्तिशाली हैं और असीम शक्तियों के धनी हैं। हमें केवल इन शक्तियों को उत्पन्न करना होता है और अंतर्मुखी रूप से आखरी तक खोजना होता है।

Random thought of the day: “Om Soham” means “I am That.” It is a way of identifying oneself with the universe or ultimate reality. Through meditation on this mantra, we come to realize that we are all one, that we have all come from the same infinite source, and that a part of that infinite source is present in all of us. We are all connected.

In essence, “You are the same as I am.” OM is the sound of the universe. Om Soham signifies that we are the universe, that we are a part of it, and that we are connected to that infinite source. It also implies that we are as powerful as the universe and that we possess unlimited and indefinite powers. We need only invoke these powers and seek the ultimate within ourselves, rather than looking for it outside of ourselves.
